I think that Vicary and Co are an excellent management company and I trust their judgement when it comes to finding tenants.  I was very worried about being a landlord when I first bought my house but Andy totally put my mind at rest and has made it a very simple process.  He has found me two sets of tenant who have looked after the property exceptionally well and I am happy to continue with a third set of tenants for  the foreseeable future  Andy and Kelsey are always at the end of the phone to answer any queries and I feel very confident in their abilities.
