TENANT FIND (Let Only) SERVICE 72% of FIRST MONTHS RENT
Tenant Referencing Fee Including ID / Right to Rent Check, financial credit checks, obtaining references from employers / landlord. £25.00 per applicant
Tenancy Agreement The preparation and arranging for signature of the tenancy agreement. £225.00
Deposit Registration Fee Submitting the tenant(s) property security deposit to the Deposit Protection Service, within the allocated 30 days. £40.00
Property Inventory / Schedule The preparation of an Inventory of Contents and Schedule of Condition for an unfurnished property. Min fee £100.00 Quote per Property
Tenancy Commencement Check-In Attending the property at the tenancy commencement to sign over the property keys, check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, take and photograph the relevant utility meter readings. £25.00
