Vicary & Co. are supporting Weldmar’s Stampede by the Sea. Come to our Bridport office (38 South Street) to meet our elephant Beffalump. Almost 60 elephants make up the herd in Bridport, Lyme Regis and West Bay.

Weldmar is a Dorset charity providing free end-of-life care for adults with life-limiting illnesses. They support people in the community, at home and in their hospice. Only 17% of their funding is provided by the NHS, resulting in a reliance on donations and other support. This Charity is of personal importance to Ian’s family having benefited from these services late last year. 

We aim to raise £250 for Weldmar this year and welcome you to support this wonderful charity – we are up to £100.00 plus to date. 

Vicary and Co are proud to sponsor BAC as a corporate supporter. BAC hosts music, film, theatre, dance, comedy, spoken word and exhibitions all year round. Located in Bridport, they are proud to serve audiences across Dorset and the Southwest.

The venue supports various projects, including From Page to Screen and The Bridport Prize, a creative writing competition.

Bridport Hat Festival proudly celebrates hats and fundraises for charities. This year's charity is Brain Tumour Research. The festival includes competitions, live music, talks, auctions and much more. Bridport Hat Festival will take place on Saturday, 6th September 2025, with local musicians and bands providing entertainment.

Vicary & Co sponsor Bridport Youth Dance, a local youth art programme offering classes, workshops and residencies with leading professional dancers and choreographers with a chance to be in an annual production.
